How do I become a member?+

Visit our Adjiringanor office with a valid Ghana Card and passport photo, or ask any of our field officers to sign you up during their route.

What is the minimum daily susu contribution?+

You can start from as little as GH₵ 5 per day. There is no upper limit.

How quickly can I get a loan?+

Emergency loans for active susu members can be approved the same day. Most other applications receive a decision within 48 hours.

Do I need a guarantor?+

For most loans, yes — at least one guarantor is required. For loans fully backed by your susu deposits, this may be waived.

What documents do I need to apply for a loan?+

A valid Ghana Card, proof of income (payslip, business records, or susu passbook), a guarantor's ID, a recent utility bill and a passport photo.

Are my savings safe?+

Yes. Every deposit is recorded, receipted and insured within our cooperative. We publish member statements regularly.

Can I withdraw my savings at any time?+

Daily and Group Susu deposits can be withdrawn on your scheduled monthly withdrawal day. Fixed Deposits are accessed at maturity.

What are your interest rates?+

Rates vary by product and term. All rates are disclosed transparently up front, with no hidden fees. Contact us for the current schedule.

Do you serve customers outside Adjiringanor?+

Yes. Our field officers cover Adjiringanor, East Legon and greater Accra, and we welcome members from surrounding communities.
